Trish Dean made Beaufort her home in 1994 when she was captivated by the lowcountry lifestyle, the rich history and the remarkable natural beauty of our estuary areas, marshes, waterways, beaches and our beloved laid-back lowcountry way of life. Trish has been a dynamic force selling real estate in the lowcountry for over 25 years. She continues to serve sellers and buyers throughout Beaufort County with honesty, integrity, respect, clear communication and personalized attention. She began her real estate career in 1999. Over the past 25+ years Trish earned prestigious real estate credentials, i.e., Broker Associate license, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and GRI ® (Graduate of the REALTOR ® Institute). Trish combines her passion for real estate with her Masters level training and almost 30 years experience as a professional counselor to provide clients with attentive, personalized, professional service focused on successfully achieving her clients’ real estate goals. Trish spent the past 1-1/2 years rehabbing a 2005-square-foot home on Dataw Island from top to bottom/inside and out and learned so much! As a pet lover Trish enjoys training, walking and taking her Golden Retriever for golf cart rides. Her love of the water and our beautiful lowcountry outdoors keeps her busy in many ways: fishing, boating, pool time, beaches, kayaking, gardening and biking to name a few. Trish enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her proudest accomplishments are her three adult children and three grandchildren.
